The festive period can be a difficult time for those who are lonely and struggling with their mental health. This year, suicide rates have dramatically increased in NI, with services being harder to reach and the world feeling very complicated.

Every year Hummingbird receives calls and messages over the festive period from people in our local community in desperate need - and this year we need your help to be able to not just answer the call, but stay alongside them to make sure that they are safe and supported into 2026.

Our impact shows that just one hour of support reduces suicidal crisis by 50% for the person who we are helping. Give that gift this Christmas, and sponsor that time for someone who needs it.
